A spinal cord injury is one of the most physically and financially devastating injuries a person can sustain. The average yearly cost of a C4-C5 spinal cord injury such as David's is $138,000. Insurance helps with some of the costs, but there are still many uninsured expenses.

Proceeds benefit the Northeast Spinal Cord Injury Fund. Your donation will help with David's uninsured, medically-related expenses. David faces many obstacles as he strives for a semi-independent lifestyle. It is through your generous contributions and participation in fundraising events in honor of David that he is able stay headed in a positive direction.

This fundraising campaign is administered by HelpHOPELive, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing fundraising assistance to transplant and catastrophic injury patients. All contributions are tax-deductible, are held by HelpHOPELive in the Northeast Spinal Cord Injury Fund, and are administered by HelpHOPELive for injury-related expenses only.
